ORDER PROCESSING
  • Our order processing timeframe is typically 2-5 business days. However, please note that Print-on-Demand/Customized products require 2-3 extra days for production.
  • Upon successful placement of an order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to provide you with the order details for your review. Please make sure that all the delivery details are accurate.
      In case there are any mistakes or missing information, we might need to get in touch with you to update the delivery details, and this could slow down the delivery progress.
  • To keep you informed about the order's progress, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing the respective tracking number(s) so that you can follow up on your order all the way home.
  • At times, you may need to check your Spam/ Promotion folder to find the confirmation emails from us.

  • In certain exceptional circumstances, we provide a 2-day shipping method (for the US only) or expedited shipping (for most countries). If you require urgent delivery of your package, please reach out to our support team at contact@Zyvivo.com . They will assist you promptly and assess the availability of expedited shipping for your order.
 
Please note:
1. Ordering multiple products may lead to separate packages arriving at different times as they may be sourced from different providers.
2. During busy special occasions like Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, and Christmas,..., the shipping time might extend by a few days.
3. International orders may experience extended delivery times if they undergo customs clearance. We have no control over the customs process and regret any inconvenience caused by potential delays in delivery as a result.
4. Final delivery is handled by your local postal agency, and actual shipping and delivery times may differ depending on your location's postal service.

ORDER TRACKING
  • If you attempt to track your package but there is no information in the first days you receive your Shipment confirmation e-mail, don't panic! The tracking number will be active within 1-3 days. When the parcel is scanned into the shipping carrier's system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
  • You are advised to track your order frequently.
  • On the other hand, we will also keep track of your package and contact you via e-mail if there are any incidents with it so that you can pick it up on time.

INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS
  • Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not accountable for failed delivery if your order gets delivered to the wrong/incomplete address, or returned. The orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by themselves, not being returned to us.
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
  • In these circumstances, the best solution we can offer is a 30% partial refund on your order's value or a replacement with a re-shipping fee.

→ We provide worldwide shipping.
 
  1. Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
→ We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
 
  1. Do we offer delivery to PO boxes or Military APO/ FPO addresses?
→ Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. However, the delivery time will be longer than physical addresses.
 
  1. Will you be charged VAT taxes?
→ Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
 
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
